Choosing the right front bar lamps

Front bar lamps sit in the bumper bar rather than beside the headlight. On older utes and four wheel drives they carry the park light and indicator, while on some later models they are small side or marker lamps set into the bumper.

Bumper bar lamps take stone chips and knocks, so the lens and housing crack long before the wiring fails. Most are held by screws from the front or clips from behind, and the globe holder moves across from the old lamp.

• Globes included or transferred
• Left or right hand side
