Delivery information
Freight is calculated at checkout against your delivery postcode and the size of the part, so you see the real cost before you pay.
Dispatch
Orders are picked and dispatched on business days once payment has cleared. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays. You will receive tracking by email once the consignment is booked.

Standard and bulky freight
Parts fall into one of two freight classes, shown on every product page.
- Standard covers lights, mirrors, handles, control arms, regulators and similar items that ship in a carton.
- Bulky covers bumpers, bonnets, guards, doors and tailgates. These are crated and braced before dispatch and travel on a pallet network, which takes longer and costs more than a parcel.
Estimated transit times
Transit time is counted from dispatch, not from when you place the order, and depends on the carrier allocated to your consignment.

Delivery addresses
We deliver to homes, workshops and depots Australia-wide. Bulky freight is easier to deliver to a business address with someone on site to receive it. If you are having a panel delivered to a residential address, tell us at checkout so we can book a carrier that offers a home delivery service.
Authority to leave
If you authorise the carrier to leave your parcel without a signature, the consignment is treated as delivered once it is left at the address, and neither we nor the carrier is responsible for loss or damage after that point. If you do not authorise it, someone needs to be present to accept delivery.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
Inspect the part before you sign, and photograph any damage to the packaging before you open it. If something arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us straight away with your order number and photographs and we will sort it out.
