Fitment guarantee

Every part we list states the make, model, series and build month range it suits. If a part does not fit the vehicle described in its listing, we cover the return.

What the guarantee covers

It covers the part not fitting a vehicle that matches the fitment shown in the product title and the vehicle fitment table on the product page. In that case we pay return freight and either send the correct part or refund you in full.

What it does not cover

  • A part ordered for a different vehicle to the one it is listed against.
  • A part that has been fitted, painted or modified before the fitment problem was raised.
  • A vehicle that has been modified, or that already carries non-standard parts from a previous repair.
  • Preference. A quality aftermarket part is built to match original fit and function, not to be identical in finish to an original equipment part.

How to be certain before you order

Three checks remove almost all fitment risk.

  1. Match the series, not just the year. Models often change part specification mid-year, which is why our titles carry the build month range.
  2. Check the part number. Compare the number on your old part with the part number on the listing.
  3. Send us your VIN. The vehicle identification number resolves the build date and variant exactly. Send it through with the part you want and we will confirm before you buy.

Not sure which part fits?

Send us your rego or VIN and the part you need. Our team checks it against the vehicle before you order.
